چکیده
The article examines the effect on heart rate variability (HRV) indices in athletes depending training status, different types of physical exertion, gender and age, presented both cross-sectional longitudinal studies. Also included is predictability HRV during overtraining, athletic condition, performance. Heart has long been used as a diagnostic marker overexertion overtraining. A large body evidence shows that all ages, regular aerobic usually results significant improvements total instantaneous HRV. These changes, which are accompanied by decrease at rest submaximal exercise, reflect an increase autonomic efferent activity shift favor enhanced vagal modulation rate. At present, available data do not allow us to draw definitive conclusions about usefulness traditional for evaluating performance exercises monitoring load. discrepancies published so far due several factors, including insufficient study size design, methods. It also remains be seen whether will useful diagnosing

Heart Rate Variability in Healthy Non-Concussed Youth Athletes: Exploring the Effect of Age, Sex, and Concussion-Like Symptoms
Background Heart rate variability (HRV) is a non-invasive neurophysiological measure of autonomic nervous system regulation emerging in concussion research. To date, most concussion studies have focused on the university-aged athlete with no research examining healthy active youths. Corroborating changes in HRV alongside traditional subjective self-report measures (concussion symptoms) in the n...
متن کاملAnalysis of Heart Rate Variability During Meditative and Non-Meditative State Using Analysis of Variance
In this paper the main objective is to quantify and compare the instantaneous value of heart rate for normal breathing patterns during Meditation and Non Meditation conditions. This paper involves Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) technique for the analysis of the heart rate variability patterns during the meditative and non meditative states. The analysis is divided into three stages i.e. data acqu...

Abstract Many studies have been conducted on heart rate variability. Variability in the heart signal of two sequential beats is called heart rate variability (HRV). Short- and long- term variability reflects autonomic nervous system function, so that increased or decreased heart rate variability (HRV) is an indicator of human health. So, the analysis of these changes can predict sudden death...
